Its like lifting weights for your vagina!

 I'm talking about Kegal Exercises. Kegals help build up your pelvic floor muscles which help you achieve better orgasms and , well...help you control your bladder as you age or have children. Kegals are the flexing of the muscle of your vagina. You can practice your kegals by stopping and  and starting your urinary flow.
